What Free Fire is on our lobby

Free Fire is Garena's mobile battle royale — fifty drops, ten-minute matches, characters with active skills and pets that shape your loadout. We surface it as a competitive room: ranked queues, Clash Squad 4v4, and the tournament brackets visitors follow most. You pick a mode, we show the live ladder, the active season, and the esports markets running for that week. Switch

between casual squads and ranked grinds without leaving the page.

BENCHMARKED

Free Fire transparency board

Quick reference for what Free Fire is on our lobby and where it works.

01

Game type

Mobile battle royale and 4v4 shooter from Garena, with esports markets layered on top of the casual and ranked queues.

02

Volatility

High — ten-minute matches, single-life format, ranked points swing fast. Esports markets follow squad form across a series rather than a single map.

03

Supported devices

Android 4.1+ and iOS 9+. Runs on entry-tier phones at 30fps, mid-tier at 60fps, and 90Hz on flagships where the panel allows.

04

Access region

Available in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia where local law permits. Servers route to the nearest data centre for latency under 60ms in supported regions.

MOBILE READY

SUPPORT

Help paths inside Free Fire

Three places to go when something in Free Fire needs a hand from us.

Account recovery Lost access to your Free Fire-linked account? Our team walks you through Garena ID verification, region check and re-link to your gamawin profile so your tier and squad history stay intact.
Match disputes If a ranked match drops or a Clash Squad set bugs out, send the match ID through chat. We log it against the server window and follow up once Garena's match logs sync.
Esports queries FFWS bracket questions, fixture changes, market settlement on a Booyah call — our esports desk handles those directly and posts updates on the Free Fire room banner.
TRUST MARKERS

Free Fire fairness signals

Six things we keep visible so you know the Free Fire room is straight.

Garena published

Free Fire is developed and operated by Garena, listed on the Singapore Exchange through Sea Limited. The build on our lobby is the live Garena client, not a mirror.

Anti-cheat active

Garena's anti-cheat scans for aimbots, wallhacks and emulator abuse each match. Flagged accounts are kicked from the queue before the round resolves on the server.

Server audit

Match results are written to Garena servers, not our cache. We pull the official outcome for esports settlement so the Booyah call matches the in-game scoreboard exactly.

Region routing

Indonesia traffic routes to the SEA server cluster for sub-60ms latency. Cross-region queueing is blocked to keep ranked ladders honest within the supported zone.

Tier integrity

Ranked points are calculated by Garena's formula, not ours. We display the figure your client returns, with season cutoffs locked at the official reset window.

Esports licensing

FFWS and regional league fixtures are sourced from Garena Esports official feeds. Markets only open on tournaments with published rulebooks and broadcast partners.

Free Fire vs sibling game rooms

How Free Fire sits next to the other game pages we run.

vs Mobile LegendsFree Fire is shorter — ten-minute drops against MLBB's twenty-minute MOBA matches. Pick Free Fire when you want fast ranked points; pick MLBB for lane-based team play.
vs PUBG MobileSame battle royale frame, different feel. Free Fire trims the map, drops player count to fifty and adds character skills. Matches close faster and the gunplay is more forgiving.
vs Call of Duty MobileCODM leans tactical with longer TTK and bigger maps. Free Fire keeps things arcade — pets, skills, quick rotations. Choose by pace, not graphics.
vs Valorant MobileValorant Mobile is round-based 5v5 tactical. Free Fire's Clash Squad 4v4 sits closer to it than the BR mode, but with looser economy and faster respawn windows.
vs Genshin ImpactGenshin is single-player co-op exploration. Free Fire is competitive PvP. Different rooms, different markets — we host both but they don't share a queue.
vs Honor of KingsHoK is the new MOBA on our board. Free Fire stays the BR and 4v4 option. Pick Free Fire when you want a single match to settle in under fifteen minutes.
vs Apex Legends MobileApex Mobile shut down in 2023 so Free Fire absorbed much of that audience in Indonesia. Character skills and squad rotations carry over cleanly between the two formats.

Free Fire questions we get asked

Log into your gamawin account, tap the Free Fire tile on the home grid, and the room loads with your region locked to Indonesia. Ranked tier, squad lobby and the esports board sit on one screen.

Battle Royale Solo, Duo and Squad, plus Clash Squad 4v4 ranked and casual. Limited-time modes rotate each patch — Lone Wolf, Big Heads and themed events appear on the room banner when active.

BR matches close in around ten minutes once the safe zone shrinks. Clash Squad sets run best-of-seven rounds, usually eight to twelve minutes total. Queue times in Indonesia peak hours stay under sixty seconds.

Android 4.1 or newer and iOS 9 or newer. Entry phones hold 30fps on smooth graphics, mid-tier phones run 60fps comfortably, and 90Hz unlocks on supported flagships with the latest client patch.

We pull the official Garena Esports result feed once the broadcast confirms the Booyah or series winner. Markets settle within minutes of the broadcast call — match ID and map score stay visible for reference.

Squad fill prioritises Indonesia and SEA regional servers for latency reasons. You can party with friends across the SEA cluster, but cross-region queueing into other server zones is blocked by Garena.

Heroic players drop to Diamond III, lower tiers reset by a few divisions. Season rewards push to your in-game mailbox within forty-eight hours and the new season opens with a fresh ranked ladder.
